We stayed for a few days in the week late January into February, lovely resort. We had a cabin which was spotlessly clean on our arrival and the staff we spoke to were all very friendly. We only used the pool at the site, the pool was brilliant but the changing rooms looked just a little bit tired Loved the accommodation we had which was perfect for our family. The only criticism was that there were lots of wooden sleepers on the way to the door and these were incredibly slippy in the wet weather, my toddler actually fell over because of them. Would definitely return if we were in the area again

Brilliant place right beside Primrose Valley and with a walkway to the beach. A couple of items were missing when we got there but once the reception knew about them they were delivered the same day. Would definitely return, and soon, the rental price was excellent

We stayed in one of the properties on The Bay site. It was a really nice stay with good access to surrounding areas and the beach. The house was well furnished and maintained. Could have done with a deep clean in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds were not in the best condition and made a noise everything you turned over. Overall a nice stay.

Had a weekend with friends in early December. Staff on Reception staff very friendly and we paid to check in early. Dumped our bags in our Comfort Cottage (which had everything you could need) and straight down to the beach with the dog. Great location as we walked along the beach to Filey for food & drinks. The pool, sauna and steam room although not huge were an added bonus. Staff friendly in the bar too. Would definitely return as great value for money!!
